Internal Communications and Engagement Officer (Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months)
Are you keen on bringing our organisation’s voice to life? We are hiring an Internal Communications and Engagement Officer who will create compelling, high-impact communications that keep colleagues informed, connected, and inspired.
The role involves working closely with the Internal Communications Manager, collaborating across global teams to deliver meaningful messaging, support key initiatives, and strengthen a culture of inclusion. You will contribute to fostering staff engagement and fostering inclusion across our global organisation, including supporting office-level communications in London and managing internal change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage the weekly all-staff newsletter, proactively sourcing and coordinating content across teams and locations. Think creatively about content presentation, while managing sign-off from Internal Communications Manager and other stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and actively participate in all-staff communication moments, including the monthly all-staff meeting—including drafting agendas, coordinating speakers, and ensuring logistics.
- Act as the focal point for London office internal communications, proactively coordinating local messaging, office-wide meetings, and aligning office updates with wider organisational communications.

Experience & Skills Required
Essential:
- Experience producing written content for internal audiences (e.g. newsletters, intranet updates).
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and speaking in front of internal audiences and facilitating discussions.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting or delivering internal communications within a complex or global organisation.
Skills:
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely and adapt messaging for diverse internal audiences, while paying particular attention to equity, diversity, and inclusive practices.
