Helping bring teams together across Enotria
At Enotria, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Whether that’s with our customers, suppliers or colleagues, we believe strong communication and meaningful engagement help create a better business for everyone.
We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Events Co-ordinator to help strengthen how we communicate across Enotria, bringing greater consistency, visibility and engagement to colleague communications, business updates and company events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, creating engaging communications and delivering events that bring people together around shared goals, culture and strategy. It’s a varied and highly visible role offering exposure to supplier partnerships, trade activity, leadership communications and major industry events, with genuine opportunity for growth and development.
Overview of Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, with a strong line into the Majestic Wine Group Head of Internal Communications & Engagement, this role will help shape and deliver Enotria’s communications and engagement activity across the business.
The role combines internal communications, colleague engagement and events management, alongside supporting a growing calendar of customer, supplier and trade-facing activity.
A key focus will be helping evolve how communication works across Enotria, introducing more regular engagement forums, improving communication channels and helping colleagues feel more informed, connected and involved across the business.
You’ll support everything from:
- Quarterly Business Updates and company conferences
- Leadership communications and business updates
- Internal engagement forums and workshops
- Quarterly colleague engagement surveys and feedback programmes
- The continued rollout and development of The Press (our Group intranet) within Enotria
- Trade tastings, supplier events and awards dinners
- Customer-facing hospitality and events activity
- Internal communications campaigns linked to our strategic priorities and Plan on a Page
This is a varied, hands-on role with strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping colleague engagement and communication at Enotria.
Enotria offers a hybrid working environment, with a balance of office-based collaboration and flexibility. We typically expect team members to be on-site at least three days a week, as we find this supports strong connection and teamwork across the business. This role is primarily based at Enotria’s Head Office in Park Royal, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. From time to time, you may also be asked to work from Majestic’s offices in Watford as part of your role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
