Role Description
The Internal Communications Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bromsgrove. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering clear and engaging internal communications across various channels, ensuring colleagues are informed about company news, initiatives, and priorities. - Drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages
- Coordinating employee engagement campaigns
- Managing communication plans for key projects and change initiatives
- Working closely with HR, leadership, and functional teams to align communication strategies
- Organizing internal events and briefings
- Monitoring feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness

The Internal Communications Executive will contribute to strengthening company culture by promoting the THRIVE values in all internal messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Internal Communications skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages for diverse internal audiences.
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Strategic Communications, including developing campaigns that support culture, change, and business objectives.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate multiple communication initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Experience using digital communication tools and channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, collaboration tools) to deliver consistent messaging.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and tone appropriate for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in corporate or internal communications roles is highly beneficial; familiarity with consumer products or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
