ABOUT THE ROLE:
Step into a role where your words truly matter. As our Internal Communications Executive, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect, engage, and inspire colleagues across 45+ global offices. You’ll take ownership of NES Fircroft News - our internal storytelling hub - and lead creative, multi-channel campaigns that bring our strategy, culture, and values to life. You’ll also help elevate our external Careers website, ensuring we attract the brightest talent to join our growing business. This is your chance to influence culture, drive engagement, and make a meaningful mark in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating standout content: Craft informative, engaging employee communications that reflect our tone, values, and brand personality.
- Delivering multichannel plans: Implement and oversee internal communication strategies that keep colleagues connected and aligned.
- Storyhunting across the business: Take a journalistic approach to uncovering stories by proactively engaging teams worldwide.
- Driving talent attraction campaigns: Partner with internal recruiters to develop creative campaigns that bring top talent into the business.
- Managing our intranet: Monitor, update, and optimise the NESF intranet with fresh news, updates, and resources.
- Championing digital engagement: Support a cultural shift toward digital-first communication and stronger employee engagement.
- Producing multiformat content: Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to create presentations, videos, podcasts, posters, and more.
- Enhancing our Careers website: Work closely with digital and talent acquisition teams to improve user experience and optimise content.
- Designing internal emails: Build and distribute internal email communications using our HTML platform.
- Upholding company standards: Act in line with NES Fircroft’s Code of Conduct and HSE policies at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Professionally qualified: You hold a recognised marketing qualification or have at least 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experienced communicator: You have a proven track record delivering internal communications in complex organisations.
- Exceptional writer: You can craft compelling newsletters, intranet content, and employee communications under tight deadlines.
- Organised and efficient: Strong organisational skills help you manage multiple projects with ease.
- Self-driven: You bring motivation, initiative, and a strong desire to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborative partner: You build strong relationships and work effectively with teams across the business.
- Team-focused: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to shared goals.
- Digitally confident: You’re proficient with email marketing platforms and comfortable working across digital tools.
- Creative thinker: You bring fresh ideas, attention to detail, and a flair for engaging communication.
