Are you a creative communicator who loves turning ideas, stories and people moments into content that connects?
At Vax, we are proud of our heritage as a well-known UK brand, and we are now building an even stronger future as part of a growing global floorcare business. As we continue that journey, great internal communication has never been more important.
We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our HR team and help bring our culture, people agenda and employee voice to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating clear, engaging content, organising activity that brings people together, and making sure colleagues feel informed, included and connected to where the business is heading.
You will work across our established communication channels, including SharePoint and other colleague platforms, supporting everything from internal campaigns and leadership updates to colleague events, engagement activity and employee committees. It is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong communications foundation who wants to grow their experience in a role close to the heart of our people strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
