Internal Communications Lead – David Lloyd Clubs
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to join its UK team.
About the Role
As Internal Communications Lead, you will design, deliver, and measure impactful communication campaigns that inspire and inform our people. This pivotal role will help shape how team members connect with our vision, culture, and operational priorities. You will oversee planning and execution of engaging content-driven campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with business strategy.
This is a hybrid role with travel to meetings and regular club visits required. Occasional travel to Europe is also expected. A valid UK driving licence would be advantageous.

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional who:
- Has strong experience in internal communications, content creation, or campaign management
- Passionate about storytelling with exceptional writing skills, able to distil information into clear and compelling content
- Proven success in campaign planning, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time
- An appetite for creative formats—including video, podcasts, and interactive content
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable using analytics and feedback to enhance communication strategies
