With a portfolio of blue-chip customers and household names already trusting Zenith, and ambitious plans for further growth, there's never been a more exciting time to join us.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Communications Specialist to help bring our strategy to life, strengthen colleague engagement and ensure our people feel connected to the business, wherever they work.

The Role

As Internal Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering our internal communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Communications and stakeholders across the business.

You'll be responsible for managing our internal communication channels, creating engaging content, supporting leadership communications and helping to ensure colleagues receive clear, timely and relevant information that supports business priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering communications of the highest quality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of Zenith's internal communications strategy.
  • Owning and managing internal communication channels and content calendars, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and aligned to business priorities.
  • Creating high-quality content across multiple formats, including written articles, videos, leadership messages and digital communications.
  • Supporting and coordinating leadership communications programmes to help bring the Zenith strategy to life for colleagues.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and providing internal communications expertise on key projects and initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging across all internal channels and audiences.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of colleague events, briefings and engagement activities.
  • Monitoring channel performance and engagement, using insights and feedback to continuously improve communications.
  • Identifying new opportunities and ideas to enhance colleague engagement and communication effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
