This is a high-profile role sitting at the heart of our business - shaping how we communicate, driving engagement, and bringing our culture to life across 350+ restaurants.

What you’ll be doing
Shape how we communicate
- Own the restaurant-facing communications strategy and calendar
- Drive clear, simple messaging across channels like FOCUS, The Hub, and team communications
- Influence behavior changes through engaging, operationally relevant content

- Partner across People, Marketing, Food, Digital, and more to land initiatives brilliantly in restaurants
- Lead implementation comms for key launches, events, and operational priorities
- Simplify the complex so our teams can focus on delivering great customer experiences

- Write and deliver high-quality communications across newsletters, updates, and campaigns
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice aligned to our values
- Keep our platforms fresh, relevant, and engaging
Build culture & recognition
- Champion our Community Code and bring our culture to life in everything we say and do
- Support incentives, recognition schemes, and engagement campaigns
- Celebrate success across our restaurants

- Support major events and leadership communications

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in internal communications, ideally in a large, multi-site business
- A natural storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- A sharp ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable messages
