NEW ROLE | Internal Communications Manager | London | £45,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a well-established, multi-site hospitality business to appoint an Internal Communications Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape internal communications across a large operational workforce, helping colleagues feel informed, engaged and connected during an exciting period of business growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging internal communication strategies and campaigns
  • Partner with senior leaders across operations and head office functions
  • Support business change, engagement and employee experience initiatives
  • Manage internal communication channels and content
  • Create compelling communications for both office-based and front-line teams
  • Champion colleague engagement and celebrate success stories across the business

Salary: up to £45,000 + excellent benefits
