Responsibilities
As the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Leading internal communications for Corporate, Strategy, Group and Support Functions, ensuring clarity and high engagement.
- Evolving our internal company narrative, keeping colleagues aligned with and enthusiastic about our strategic priorities.
- Delivering the Managing Director’s regular internal communications, providing timely, engaging updates that resonate.
- Planning and executing key corporate communications during major organisation moments, engaging multiple stakeholders to create excitement and understanding across appropriate channels.
- Developing and distributing high-quality content across all communication mediums while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in impact.

Key Tasks
- Own and execute all internal communications for Corporate, Strategy, and Support Functions.
- Foster a cohesive company narrative and engage colleagues in our evolving strategic direction.
- Draft, review, produce, and distribute critical MD and senior leader internal communications, balancing urgency with impact.
- Coordinate complex stakeholder alignment for high-profile corporate events and launches.
- Monitor, analyse, and refine communication performance, refining strategies mid-flight.
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure channels, tone, and content remain relevant and engaging.
Requirements
Essential:
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, with the adaptability to draft, edit, and shape high-quality colleague communications under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, with a proven track record in navigating cross-functional prioritisation.
- Expertise in simplifying and repurposing complex information into clear, compelling employee-facing content.
- Well-developed strategic planning and prioritisation skills.
- Experience within internal communications, specifically around corporate or strategic topics.

Desirable:
- A role or interest history within beauty, retail, health, or wellness sectors.
- Familiarity and proficiency with design packages such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
