Job Purpose
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Internal Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate, connect, and engage across our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who thrives on creating compelling content, influencing senior stakeholders, and bringing people together through clear, authentic, and impactful communication.
As our Internal Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for leading communication strategies across all company sites, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged, and connected to our purpose, priorities, and values.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a clear, consistent internal communications strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
- Manage and maintain the communications calendar, developing an annual programme of strategic updates, campaigns, and executive communications.
- Create engaging content including newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, and internal campaigns.
- Translate complex business strategies, policies, and organisational changes into clear and accessible communications.
- Partner with senior leaders, directors, and managers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them communicate with authenticity and impact.
- Develop and implement colleague listening initiatives, encouraging two-way communication and feedback.
- Lead communications around transformation initiatives, including organisational change, workforce planning, and growth projects.
- Monitor engagement metrics and colleague feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and modernise approaches.
- Work closely with HR and senior stakeholders to support people initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Ensure all communications reflect our brand values and protect the organisation's reputation.
