Internal Compliance and Risk Solicitor
Location: Lincoln (other branch locations considered)
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Hours: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday (part-time considered)
This is a senior, high-impact role working closely with our client's COLP and leadership team. You will advise on professional negligence matters, manage complex complaints, and guide the firm on legal risk, governance, and client care.
You will investigate claims, assess liability and exposure, liaise with insurers and external counsel, and help shape how they prevent issues and improve client experience across the firm.
You will undertake the following but not limited to:
- Advising on professional negligence risks and claims
- Managing complex complaints from investigation through to resolution
- Supporting insurer liaison and claims strategy
- Providing clear, practical guidance to senior stakeholders
- Contributing to improvements in risk, compliance, and client care

- An experienced solicitor with a strong professional negligence or litigation background
- Commercially minded with sound judgment and attention to detail
