We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Internal Legal Counsel role supporting on commercial contracts based in Oldbury.
About the role:
We are seeking a commercially minded Internal Legal Counsel to join our growing business. This role will provide pragmatic and solutions-focused legal support across the organisation, with a particular emphasis on the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts.
Working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and Project Teams, you will play a key role in minimising legal risk whilst supporting the delivery of business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer who enjoys partnering with the business and providing practical legal advice within a dynamic engineering environment.

What we’re looking for in our Internal Legal Counsel:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent legal professional with a valid practising certificate
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial risk management
- Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
