Job Title: Internal Medicine Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week

About The Role
This is a dedicated internal medicine position, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in one discipline and take ownership of your development within it.
You’ll work with a diverse and medically complex caseload, including:
- Endocrine disorders
- Gastrointestinal disease
- Respiratory conditions
- Renal and urinary cases
- Infectious diseases
- Complex chronic case management
- Oncology-related conditions
This role is ideal for an RVN who enjoys inpatient care, case continuity, and being closely involved in patient progress and outcomes.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm
- 1:8 weekends with days off in the following week
- 1 designated bank holiday per year
- Typically worked across a structured rota

- Structured induction plan
- Shadowing within the internal medicine team
- Early one-to-one check-ins with clinical support

You’ll be working alongside nurses with a range of experience levels, creating a balanced and supportive learning environment.
About You
We’re looking for an RVN who is motivated to grow within internal medicine and take an active role in their development.
- Qualified RVN
- At least 1 year post-qualification experience
- Strong interest in internal medicine and inpatient care
- Referral Experience Beneficial But Not Essential
- Proactive and motivated approach to learning
We are open to less experienced candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, commitment, and enthusiasm for the discipline.
