You will be responsible for coordinating quotes, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting logistics processes, and contributing to sales initiatives. This is a varied role with exposure to both operational and commercial activities, including partner onboarding and internal training delivery. We’re looking for an organised, proactive, Internal Product Sales Specialist (Sales Administrator) who is eager to develop within the IT and cybersecurity space. You’ll be a strong communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to both operational efficiency and sales growth. As the Internal Products Sales Specialist, you will: Support internal sales teams in preparing and delivering quotes and commercial offers Coordinate daily communication with Mimecast and our partners Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and process transparency Manage vendor quotes and maintain internal pricing lists Follow up on orders and assist with basic logistics tasks Support the wider product team with day-to-day operations Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT partner network Collaborate with vendors and partners to drive sales initiatives Present solutions and value propositions to partners and customers Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new partners Deliver training sessions to internal sales teams QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Internal Product Sales Specialist: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within IT distribution or sales support Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity terminology Experience with CRM systems Strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills in English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for us We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
