Job Title: Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) Care - 6m FTC
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: 36.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday (flexible options considered)
Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of qualifications across Adult Health and Social Care.
As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with Personal Tutors and Development Coaches, ensuring the delivery of effective assessment techniques that provide an exceptional learner journey. This 6m FTC role will also support with the testing of the AI tool through marking and sampling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular formative and summative sampling of learners' portfolios with your allocated Personal Tutors (PTs)
- Plan and conduct standardisation and best practice meetings to ensure consistency in tutor delivery
- Collaborate with the Quality Improvement Coach to plan CPD sessions based on sampling findings
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager with EQA visits as needed
- Contribute to the development of programme materials and schemes of work alongside the Portfolio and Product team
- Offer technical information and advice on apprenticeship standards, ensuring the wider business is updated on sector changes
- Provide practical solutions to support Personal Tutors throughout the learner journey, ensuring quality standards are met
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and internal data security policies
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Skills and Experience:
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Qualification in Adult Care
- Teaching Qualification and Assessor/IQA Qualification
- In-depth understanding of the apprenticeships/further education sector
- Proven vocational experience in your sector with demonstrable competence
- Familiarity with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and Ofsted guidelines
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing others to succeed
- Awareness of GDPR regulations and a commitment to confidentiality
- A commitment to personal development and promoting innovation in education
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant systems
- Flexibility and the ability to travel nationally, if required
