Internal Quality Assurer – Remote (Fixed Term, 6 Months)
About the Role

We are a passionate, innovative, and determined team dedicated to delivering exceptional education and apprenticeships. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you’ll play a critical role in upholding high standards, working closely with Personal Tutors and supporting the testing of our AI assessment tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct formative and summative samplings of learners’ portfolios in collaboration with allocated Personal Tutors (PTs)
- Plan and deliver standardisation and best-practice meetings to ensure consistency in assessment and delivery
- Partner with the Quality Improvement Coach to design CPD sessions based on sampling insights
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager with End-to-End Quality Assurance (EQA) visits as required
- Assist in developing programme materials and schemes of work alongside the Portfolio & Product Development team
- Provide technical expertise on apprenticeship standards and sector updates
- Offer practical solutions to support Personal Tutors in maintaining quality standards throughout the learner journey
- Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal data security policies
- Build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Qualification in Adult Care
- Teaching qualification and Assessor/IQA qualification
- Deep understanding of the apprenticeships/further education sector
- Proven vocational experience with demonstrable competence in your specialist field
- Familiarity with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and Ofsted guidelines
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on ** coaching and developing others**
- GDPR awareness and commitment to confidentiality and data protection
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovation in education
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant training/assessment systems
- Flexibility to travel nationally if required
Salary & Benefits
Salary & Contract Terms
- Up to £32,000 per annum
- 36.5 hours per week
- Fixed-term contract (6 months)
