Why do we need you?

Contract Objective

To deliver a defined programme of specialist recruitment whilst establishing sustainable talent pipelines for operational recruitment during a six month fixed term contract, enabling MoneyPlus to meet both immediate and future hiring needs through direct sourcing.

Role Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to join MoneyPlus at a pivotal time.

As our Internal Recruiter, you will take ownership of delivering a defined programme of specialist recruitment whilst ensuring a strong pipeline of talent is maintained for our operational teams.

This is a delivery-focused role with two clear objectives:

  • Successfully recruit a programme of specialist vacancies through proactive, direct sourcing.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for operational roles, enabling the business to respond quickly to ongoing recruitment demand.

Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring recruitment activity is commercially focused, efficient and aligned to business needs.

What do we need you to do?

Specialist Recruitment

  • Deliver end to end recruitment across an agreed portfolio of specialist vacancies.
  • Build tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy and target market.
  • Proactively identify, engage and attract passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods.
  • Produce engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns.
  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer management.
  • Build talent pipelines for specialist skill sets to support future recruitment needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Operational Recruitment

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for operational and volume recruitment across the business.
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates to create a ready pipeline for future vacancies.
  • Work proactively with hiring managers to anticipate recruitment demand.
  • Reduce time to hire by maintaining an active pool of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor attraction performance and recommend improvements to increase candidate quality and application volumes.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the business.
  • Provide advice on recruitment strategy, market conditions and candidate availability.
  • Challenge and influence hiring decisions where appropriate to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment activity progresses efficiently through regular communication and effective pipeline management.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and recruitment data.
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices and employer brand.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the six month contract you will have:

  • Successfully delivered the agreed programme of specialist recruitment.
  • Established robust talent pipelines for operational recruitment.
  • Reduced dependency on external recruitment agencies through effective direct sourcing.
  • Improved time to hire across both specialist and operational recruitment.
  • Delivered an outstanding experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strengthened recruitment processes, talent pipelines and ways of working, leaving a lasting positive impact beyond the duration of the contract.

About You

You are an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of delivering results.

You are proactive, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to balance multiple recruitment priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Most importantly, you enjoy finding great people, creating positive candidate experiences and delivering recruitment solutions that genuinely support business success.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience managing end to end recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience recruiting professional, specialist and operational roles.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and pace.
  • Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within financial services, professional services or other regulated environments.
  • Experience developing talent pipelines and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
