Job Outline:

The recruiter will be a key member of the Recruitment team and the Company, filling open vacancies due to the demanding headcount growth of the Company.

Reporting into the EMEA Recruitment Manager, you will play a lead role in securing talented individuals, by way of identifying, qualifying, sourcing and interviewing candidates across all roles within our EMEA marketplace.

You will partner with key stakeholders across EMEA, building and growing your network, utilising every social media platform, attending careers fairs, assisting in building early careers recruitment across universities and supporting the HR department.

  • Competent in working autonomously and in a team in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency based, phone interviews etc.), face to face, assessments, in tray exercises, technical testing
  • Be involved in recruitment strategies which include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
  • Liaise and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that requisitions are filled with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Develop talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups social media, database search and referrals,
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels
  • Gaining market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape in targeting geographic locations
  • Assumes additional roles and duties as defined by management.

Do you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either Agency or Internal
  • Successful year on year placement rate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask whilst retaining attention to details
  • Very good stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
  • Can do attitude
