Internal Recruiter
We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our busy recruitment team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, posting jobs, and arranging interviews.
Putting the candidates first, you will need to be able to build strong internal and external relationships, managing high volume recruitment campaigns to drive our recruitment strategy across our services to deliver quality care staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, database searching, and referrals.
- Reviewing received CVs and applications.
- Telephone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for the role.
- Scheduling interviews with Service Managers either Face to Face or via Teams.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs.
- Working towards and achieving both personal and team targets on a monthly/weekly basis.

The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple roles, candidates, and priorities.
- Positive friendly attitude.
- Good knowledge of social media with the ability to create engaging posts.
