Role Description
The Internal Recruiter at The Hyde Salons will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the salon from managers to technicians. This full-time, hybrid role involves sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
The Internal Recruiter will:
- Screen applications
- Conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate trial days
- Support hiring managers with structured interview processes and feedback

- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline

Additionally, the Internal Recruiter will:
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and records in line with company policies
Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members, providing clear communication and timely updates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for talent attraction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and welcoming approach to candidates.
- Knowledge of best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring and a commitment to equal opportunity.
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, beauty, wellness, or customer-facing service environments is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced salon environment, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend recruitment activities if needed.
- Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in an internal or agency recruitment role.
