Internal Recruiter – Kick-Start Your Career in Recruitment
We’re TC Group – one of the UK’s fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firms, with over 30 years of experience supporting ambitious businesses with expert advice. We’re just getting started, and we’re now looking for a motivated Internal Recruiter to join our diverse recruitment team.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment experience across the business. Working closely with Partners, Senior Managers, and the internal recruitment team, you’ll take real ownership from day one, ensuring a professional recruitment service and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting engaging job adverts and job descriptions to attract top talent
- Managing roles across our ATS, careers site, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Sourcing and screening CVs to identify the best candidates
- Conducting first-stage telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout
- Creating an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint

We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and impact-driven individual who enjoys juggling priorities and working in a friendly, supportive team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Confidence in managing a busy, varied workload
- A professional, solutions-focused approach
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- (Bonus) Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and AI tools

Contract & Hours
- Department: Human Resources (HR)
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday), hybrid model
- Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
