emagine – Internal Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) - 2 days in office

The role:

What’s required to be a Talent Acquisition Partner or Internal Recruiter at emagine?

  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a Recruitment or Sourcing function
  • Knowledge, experience or high appetite for Banking, Finance or Technology with ability to learn and become an SME with the best in-class cross training provided
  • Ability to work diligently with our account management team, practice leads and consultants to qualify project requirements and deliver to agreed timeframes
  • Support and manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process, ensuring this has been followed by the rest of the business
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise delivery working across multiple (5-10 avg) hires per week
  • A creative mind-set to engage high volume, best talent, to complement our team via multiple channels and resources
  • Energy to be an ambassador and build brand awareness while working on diverse talent attraction strategies
  • Ability to run and administrate testing tools and work closely with our SME’s to validate skillsets and skill gaps
  • Capability to interview and understand motivations and career aspirations to ensure high retention
  • Help to drive the use of Agile methodologies and reduce time to hire without cutting corners
  • Work with back office and relationship delivery team to support a smooth onboarding for new hires for both contract and perm hires
  • Having an opinion where you will be heard and recommending areas for transformation and providing support to keep up with market change and ensure continuous improvement
  • High level of aptitude in oral, written and email communication
  • Collaborate with all parts of the business globally including third party suppliers
