Technical Recruiter – World Wide Technology (WWT) EMEA
About the Role World Wide Technology (WWT) is a global technology integrator delivering innovative solutions from concept to implementation. The WWT EMEA Projects team is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the rapidly expanding technology business.
This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, collaborating with key stakeholders to recruit, attract, and onboard top talent. You will focus on candidate sourcing, stakeholder alignment, and compliance, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles at various levels and locations.
- Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights.
- Conduct screening, interviewing, and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to local employment legislation and company hiring practices.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Continuously review and improve recruiting strategies, including promoting diversity hiring initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- 4–5 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in-house.
- In-depth knowledge of technology sectors including AI, security, networking, and infrastructure.
- Experience working with IR35 frameworks and contract hiring.
- Proven ability in back-office recruitment processes, including:
- Candidate tracking
- Onboarding logistics
- Compliance checks
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management

Soft Skills
- Strong candidate sourcing, pipeline-building, and relationship-management skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
