Recruitment Partner (Flexible, Part-Time)

Looking for a recruitment role that fits around your life—not the other way round?

At Myn, we believe great recruiters come from all kinds of backgrounds and don't always want a traditional 9–5.

Whether you've worked in agency recruitment, internal recruitment, executive search, RPO or Talent Acquisition, if you enjoy speaking to people, spotting talent and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

We're building a growing community of independent recruitment Partners and are looking for someone to help us attract the next generation of recruiters joining Myn.

Why This Role?

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity designed around outcomes rather than hours.

We're looking for someone who can commit to the equivalent of around three days per week, although when and how those hours are worked can be discussed.

The role is primarily commission-based, supported by a retainer, making it ideal for someone who wants flexibility while continuing to earn from recruitment.

It could suit someone looking to balance work alongside other commitments, someone building a portfolio career, or an experienced recruiter who no longer wants the pressure of a traditional full-time recruitment role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
