Internal Recruitment Partner
Our central recruitment team are looking for an Internal Recruitment Partner.
We’re on a mission to deliver World Class Recruitment; not just for our internal customers, but for every candidate who interacts with us. We’re not there yet, but we’re making big strides, and we need more brilliant people to help us get there.
In short, you’ll be joining a high-performing team that recruits across a wide spectrum of role types, from Engineering and Digital/IT to Sustainability and Sales, and everything in between.
You’ll be someone who strives for service excellence, and you’ll do this by prioritising the use of proactive tools and smart, strategic approaches to find the best talent for our customers.
This role offers hybrid working, with a great balance of flexibility and collaboration. We’re based in East Leake, Loughborough, and come together in the office a couple of times a week; this is usually Tuesdays and Thursdays, but you’re welcome to come in more often if you wish.
What we’re looking for:
- Full lifecycle recruitment experience; the preference is that you’ve already worked in an internal recruitment/TA function.
- Clear experience and evidence of and the ability to manage volumes and varieties of roles at once, whilst working at speed and not compromising on quality.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, to offer the right service, and truly partner with your customer.
- An innovative mindset; we would love to work with you if you are always seeking new solutions and focused on continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail; data integrity is integral to what we do, and you’ll have experience of/the ability to capture and record data daily.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
