About Us
NEO Property Solutions are a leading Passive Fire Protection business and part of PTSG (Premier Technical Services Group). Last year, the company introduced a new division offering FRA’s (Fire Risk Assessments), legally required for:
- Commercially owned premises
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Government properties
- And more
This service involves a vetted and experienced Risk Assessor visiting client premises across the UK and Ireland. They conduct fire safety inspections and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
The Role
This is a new position within the company, offering the opportunity to shape the role’s development. Your primary objective is to maximise sales opportunities by:
- Working closely with other PTSG businesses (plenty available)
- Identifying leads and contacts
- Following up on sales enquiries
- Taking the lead on outbound sales for FRA services
You will be supported by your manager to understand the FRA process—from explanation to order to certification. Your responsibilities will initially focus on booking a measurable number of assessments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
