You call, you convince, you land the meeting. As Internal Business Development Specialist at Easilift Loading Systems, you'll see that result every week, in the sales team's diary and in your bonus. What you bring in moves the field team forward. Show what you're capable of, and the route to field sales or account management is well within reach.
What you'll be doing
Here's what a typical week looks like:
- You call, email and post on LinkedIn to find new customers
- You spot which companies need new dock levellers, an upgrade, a replacement or servicing
- You speak to architects, developers, contractors and project managers, and book appointments for the field team
- You check budget and timelines, so the field team walks into a solid meeting
- You follow up fast on enquiries, campaigns and website leads
- You keep the CRM up to date, so everyone knows what's going on
- You track the competition and help with campaigns that put Easilift on the map

Easilift Loading Systems is an ambitious and international family business that has provided smart and sustainable loading solutions for decades. We design, manufacture, sell, install and maintain loading equipment such as dock levellers, for customers in retail, distribution and logistics.

Your place in the team
You're part of a small team where field sales and internal sales work closely together. Finding new customers is a joint effort, and you celebrate the wins together too. You can work 3 days from the office and 2 from home, if that suits you.
What you bring
- Experience in cold calling for sales, lead generation or customer contact
- You're just as convincing with a project manager as with a busy buyer
- You find your own ways to get in touch with new companies
- You keep track, even with several conversations running at once
- You've got the drive to keep going until the meeting is booked
- You get as much energy from team wins as from hitting your own targets

- Salary ยฃ30,000 to ยฃ35,000 per year
