Internal Sales (Tele-sales) - New Role at NEO Property Solutions


📍 Location Cross Green Industrial Estate, Leeds Easy access via M1, M62 & M621

⏰ Hours (Full-time, permanent) Monday to Friday


About NEO Property Solutions

🔢 Leading in Passive Fire Protection, NEO Property Solutions is part of PTSG (Premier Technical Services Group). This year, we launched an exciting development: Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) services—a legal requirement for:

  • Commercial properties
  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Government buildings
  • And other commercial-owned premises.

Our vetted Risk Assessors visit client locations across the UK and Ireland, conducting thorough fire safety inspections and offering risk mitigation recommendations.


The Role: Newly Created Opportunity

This is a brand-new role at NEO—meaning you’ll have the opportunity to shape the position’s evolution naturally and to drive its success.

Your Key Objective

  • Maximise opportunities by collaborating with other PTSG businesses to:
    • Identify leads and contacts
    • Process inbound sales enquiries
    • Lead outbound sales efforts for FRA services
  • Work closely with your manager for on-the-job training and guidance on:
    • What FRA’s are, how they function
    • The entire process from order to certification

Your Focus

You’ll be engaging with:

  • Commercial landlords
  • Facilities managers
  • H&S managers

Your goal centres around booking FRA assessments—these are often users’ legal obligations, making your conversations both warm and highly relevant. Over time, the scope of your responsibilities may expand, but your initial target is to book an achievable volume of assessments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate FRA assessment opportunities
  • Build rapport with prospects through effective questioning and engagement
  • Log accurate notes and effectively manage your sales pipelines
  • Provide customised quotes tailored to potential clients’ needs
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and shared success

What We’re Looking for
