The Role
We are looking for confident, motivated people to join our Customer Account Team in West Bromwich. This is a high-energy office role focused entirely on phone-based sales and account management.
Your main mission? Reconnecting with past business customers, finding out why they left, and winning their business back.
Please note: This is a professional B2B telesales and office environment. We are looking for people comfortable with high-volume phone work and daily office administration, rather than retail or face-to-face customer service experience.
What you’ll actually be doing day-to-day:
- Picking up the phone: Making outbound calls to previous business clients to rebuild relationships.
- Account Management: Finding the right solutions, introducing new offers, and giving lapsed clients a genuine reason to come back to us.
- Admin & CRM: Keeping our customer records accurate, managing accounts, and handling the paperwork that comes with managing accounts.
- Hitting targets: Working towards realistic sales and retention goals with plenty of support from your team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we need from you:
You don’t need a flawless corporate background, but you do need the right skillset for an office-based sales environment:
- Phone sales experience: You must be comfortable making outbound sales/retention calls and handling objections.
- Solid admin skills: You can navigate systems, manage client data, and keep on top of office paperwork.
- Resilience: You don’t take 'no' personally and you stay motivated throughout the day.
- Great communication: You can build quick rapport with trade and construction contractors over the phone.
Where could this take you?
We want you to learn our business from the ground up. Once you know our customers, the goal is to help you progress. Past team members have moved into National Sales, Regional Account Management, or key sales roles within our local branches.
