Internal Sales Account Executive
Ockwells provides temporary site protection materials and safety products for the construction and marine industries, supplying items like floor, door, and surface coverings, tapes, and safety barriers to prevent damage and ensure site safety during building projects. We support customers from initial build to final handover, offering specialised products—including flame-retardant options—and maintain large stocks across the UK to ensure quick and reliable supply.

Internal Sales Account Executive We’re looking for a proactive Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone taking their first steps into sales. Your main responsibility is to contact existing customers regularly, ensuring ongoing engagement with key site contacts. You will also manage an assigned customer ledger, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across those accounts.

What you will be doing: Proactively contact existing customers to maintain regular engagement Build and nurture long-term relationships with key site contacts Manage your own customer ledger and develop growth opportunities Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product ranges Log activity accurately to support sales tracking and reporting Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer journey Working alongside the area sales managers with a hybrid approach to ensure customers get the best service always
What you'll bring: Experience isn’t essential, what matters most is attitude. We’re looking for people who are: Hungry and driven Target-focused Resilient and consistent Self-motivated with a strong work rate Confident and comfortable speaking with people Skilled at building rapport and relationships rather than hard selling Knowledge of the construction sector is helpful but absolutely not essential.
