Internal Sales Account Handler
Base salary: Up to £28,350 (depending on skills and experience) Benefits package: Includes company bonus, free parking, competitive pension, paid volunteering days, and subsidised onsite deli.

We’re seeking an Internal Sales Account Handler to manage B2B customer relationships across enquiries, orders, and account fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Book Management
- Accurately process all order types in SAP, including validating electronically transmitted customer orders.
- Review inbound orders against forecasted volumes using Power BI, proactively identifying risks or variances.
- Liaise with Material Planners to meet delivery commitments and manage supply constraints.
- Utilise customer portals for order placement, despatch, and invoicing, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Proactively monitor order books, reduce overdue orders, and keep customers informed on delays.

Management of Customer Returns
- Assess return requests, adhere to established procedures, and recover restocking fees where applicable.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and logistics providers to meet returns cycle time targets.
- Analyze and report on return volumes, trends, and outstanding actions.
Customer Invoice Management
- Work with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoice queries and deductions to prevent ageing debt.
- Investigate and resolve disputes through root-cause analysis.
- Track and log invoice disputes promptly using dedicated databases.
- Upload invoices to customer web portals where required.
Customer & Business Needs
- Proactively identify solutions and promote product/brand awareness to customers.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to understand needs and improve service/model.
- Ensure service-level KPIs are met, avoided financial penalties, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Requirements
Technical & Operational:
- B2B order processing and account management experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, with precision and diligence.
- Skills using data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to forecast and analyse trends.
- Familiarity with customer portals, invoicing platforms, and SLA reporting.

- Strong teamwork within Internal Sales and cross-functional units (Planning, Logistics, Finance).
- Builds effective business relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Organised, detail-oriented, compliance-minded.
