Internal Sales Account Manager

Internal Sales Account Manager

Location: Rochdale | Contract: Office-based (Mon-Fri, 8:45am-5:15pm, 4pm finish every other Friday) Salary: £29,000 basic + quarterly commission (OTE £31,000+)

A market-leading, long-established textiles group is seeking a driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing sales team at their Rochdale head office.


About the Company

The company is part of a growing textiles group with multiple UK sites, offering opportunities for career development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


THE ROLE

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this full-time role focuses on managing and growing existing customer accounts, while supporting the external sales team. Key priorities include relationship management, service delivery, and a commercial outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing customers to identify and maximise sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and upsell effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and corporate initiatives
  • Support Area Sales Managers in business development activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure smooth customer service

THE PERSON

We’re looking for a computer sales professionals passionate about customer success and commercial growth. Ideal candidates will have:
