Order Processing & Sales Administration | Genuine Progression into Account Management | Fully Office-Based

Our client is a growing, highly specialised UK manufacturer supplying complex, technically demanding products into sectors including defence and aerospace. As the business continues to scale, and with a modern CRM system being rolled out across its commercial team, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive Internal Sales Administrator to join its Account Management function.

This is a central, high-volume, fast-paced role at the heart of the order-to-delivery process, providing the administrative backbone that allows the Account Management team to focus on relationship management and account growth.

The Role

  • Process incoming customer orders accurately and promptly onto internal systems, ensuring all order details and commercial terms are correctly captured.
  • Enter and maintain sales order information on internal systems, including the company's order-loading system and CRM system as it is rolled out.
  • Ensure Supply Chain and Production always have clear, timely visibility of material requirements arising from confirmed orders.
  • Support Account Managers with internal order status queries and coordination, ensuring a smooth handover of orders from quotation through to fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records of orders, amendments and cancellations.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, such as pricing errors, stock shortfalls or delivery risk, escalating promptly.
  • Produce regular order status and administrative reports for the Sales and Operations teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
