Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 per year | Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Location: Wednesfield, fully office-based
The Role
A leading manufacturing business is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing internal sales team. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email, producing official quotations, entering orders, and maintaining accurate CRM and Sage records. You will work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and queries quickly and efficiently
- Produce official quotations for customers
- Enter orders accurately onto the Sage system
- Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Support the external sales team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Report daily and weekly targets to your line manager

Candidate Requirements
- Ideally from a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial background (full product training provided)
- Previous exposure to the Power Transmission industry is an advantage but not essential
- Experience with Sage and CRM systems preferred
- Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, and other Office applications
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Based within a commutable distance to Wednesfield
