Internal Sales Advisor
Aqua Cure Group, a leading company in the Water Treatment industry, are seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their team. As the successful candidate, your key mission will be to identify and close qualified opportunities while re-engaging previously inactive customers to fuel our growth within the Business Development team. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to effectively qualify and promote a well-established portfolio of products and services to our diverse customer base. This is an office based role. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday OTE £39,900-£41,900 Reach out to customers from a designated database to foster engagement, understand their needs, and support ongoing sales and service initiatives. Strategically organize and conduct outbound calls with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all pertinent information is recorded and actions are properly executed. Spot potential sales opportunities during customer conversations and respond effectively by presenting appropriate products or services that align with their requirements. Create and deliver precise quotations for a variety of products and services, ensuring that prices and terms comply with company standards and meet customer expectations. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to advance identified opportunities and facilitate the successful conversion of leads into actual orders. Establish, nurture, and strengthen customer relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and priorities. Efficiently manage your daily workload and priorities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and responsiveness to both customer and business needs. Take the initiative to suggest and implement solutions that cater to customer needs, leveraging negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve favourable outcomes for both the customer and the business. Experience Required Proven ability to execute structured and impactful outbound customer calls, leveraging provided data to uncover needs, drive engaging conversations, and create valuable sales opportunities. Demonstrated experience in spotting and maximising sales potential through strategic questioning, attentive listening, and personalised product or service suggestions. Skilled in preparing and delivering precise quotations for a diverse array of products and services, ensuring they align perfectly with customer needs and commercial standards. Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling abilities, with a talent for influencing outcomes while preserving positive and professional interactions with customers. Expert at managing a personal sales portfolio effectively, striking a balance between proactive sales efforts and administrative duties. Communication – Communicates clearly and confidently to build rapport with customers and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Teamwork – Works collaboratively with colleagues and sales managers to support opportunity conversion and deliver a consistent customer experience. Customer Focus – Delivers professional, timely, and effective customer service across phone, email, and digital channels, responding accurately to enquiries, objections, and complaints. Sales Awareness & Opportunity Conversion – Identifies and progresses sales opportunities through effective questioning, tailored recommendations, and appropriate quotation or escalation. Pipeline management – progressing all prospects, exemplary follow up, negotiation and objection handling skills. Drive – persistent and resilient in their drive to achieve results, deliver high standards for themselves and their team.
