Internal Sales Advisor – Personal Care
Office based in Warrington
Salary up to £30K + Excellent Career Progression

Blush & Bloom are currently recruiting on behalf of an established global ingredients business who are looking for a commercially minded Sales Advisor to join their growing team, focused on personal care ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing customer enquiries, quotations, samples, and projects from start to finish
- Supporting the external sales team to maximise opportunities
- Following up on quotes and projects to increase conversions
- Using CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline
- Analysing customer activity to spot commercial opportunities
- Representing the business professionally with customers and at industry events where required

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within R&D, Formulation, or similar and a good understanding of cosmetics ingredients and formulas
- A degree in a Scientific field
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and building relationships
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Full UK driving licence
