Internal Sales Agent – Drive Growth, Deliver Excellence

Location: Glasgow

Salary: up to £35,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Grow the Business: Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects through structured outbound calls.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan.
  • Pricing & Market Insight: Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM.
  • Sales Administration: Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Order Management: Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and tools (SAP experience is a plus).
