Role Description
The Internal Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gravesend. This position involves handling incoming sales enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing customer orders accurately and promptly. The role includes providing product information, advising on suitable solutions, and supporting external sales colleagues with pricing and stock enquiries. The Internal Sales Assistant will maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and help resolve any issues to ensure a high standard of service. Daily tasks also include coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to sales targets and branch profitability.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Relevant experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role within building materials or a related industry is beneficial.
