Your role with us
- Support and further develop customer relationships through day-to-day sales support and telephone contact
- Prepare, follow up, and review quotations, orders, and samples
- Assist with price enquiries, annual quotations, and smooth order processing
- Maintain customer and project data in the system and support delivery schedule follow-up and contract tracking
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service
- Prepare reports and support sales-related activities and marketing campaigns

Our Benefits
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Good English skills (C1)
