Internal Sales Consultant
Location: Slough
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm | Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

The Company
Our client is a long-established manufacturer supplying specialist components into the cold storage, refrigeration and catering equipment sectors. With over 90 years of success, they have built a strong reputation for quality and service, supplying engineers, manufacturers and end users across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Consultant to join their office team in Poyle.
The Role
This is a varied position combining customer service, sales support and office administration. Working within a small and friendly team, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Supporting the internal sales team with customer enquiries and requirements
- Building product knowledge to confidently advise customers
- Processing quotations, enquiries and customer orders
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Carrying out general office administration duties
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive excellent support
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, customer service or administration role who enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.
You should have:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to learn technical product information
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
