Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and being rewarded for your success? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business that supplies specialist equipment and services to sectors including healthcare, care homes, hospitality and commercial organisations. Due to continued growth, our Huddersfield based client (office based) are looking to add an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to their friendly and supportive sales team.
The Role
Working closely with the external sales team, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships and helping drive sales growth.
- Proactively contacting prospective and existing customers by telephone
- Generating qualified appointments for the external sales team
- Following up quotations and identifying new sales opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with customers across a range of commercial sectors
- Promoting equipment solutions, service agreements and rental packages
- Identifying upgrade and replacement opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with telesales, internal sales or business development experience who enjoys speaking with customers, generating new business and working towards achievable targets with uncapped earning potential.
- Previous experience in telesales, internal sales or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers at all levels
- A positive, professional and self-motivated attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team
- Experience selling into sectors such as healthcare, care homes, education, leisure or similar B2B environments would be advantageous, although not essential.
