â Internal Sales Executive (UK Student Rentals)

Weâre a hyper-growth tech startup transforming the student rental experience. Founded after former students Harry and Ben discovered painful gaps in the market, we now operate in eight UK cities and have expanded into the US.

đ The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, youâll strengthen our sales team by driving enrolments across the UKâs student rental market. Your focus: selling tailored bills packages to students while representing our mission of simplicity and fairness.
đ¤ What Youâll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls (targets TBC by leadership).
- Turn inbound enquiries into Convert inbound leads into conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and systemise follow-ups.
- Pitch utility, broadband, and insurance bundlesâpositioned with student ease.
- Hit individual sales quotas set by the sales leader.
- Build rapid trust with a young student demographic (DBs 20â24).
- Handle objections proactivelyâwith confidence and a problem-solving mindset.

Weâre looking for a go-getter who thrives under pressure and loves a challenge. Ideally, youâll have:
â Clear communication skillsâverbal and written (students need clear, relatable messaging). â Natural relationship-buildingâquick rapport with different backgrounds. â Self-starter mentalityâself-drive is critical; commissions motivate twice as much as youâll get. â Bonus points: sales experience (whether customer service, direct sales, or administration).
