Job Description

You will serve as the key contact for existing customer accounts and play a critical role in business growth to meet branch targets by delivering an exceptional sales service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer care to key clients via phone, branch visits, and emails – fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Manage and grow a live customer portfolio while expanding into new accounts to drive profitability.
  • Become the first point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs and nurturing relationships.
  • Build strength in acting as the subject matter expert for customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Support the Trade Counter to assist customers in person.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently in our warehouse to guarantee prompt delivery.
