Job Title Internal Sales Executive
Job Purpose Drive revenue growth by building and developing strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
As part of a dynamic and supportive sales team, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our K Rend and K Lime product ranges. The role involves managing a defined sales territory, maintaining existing customer relationships, and actively growing new accounts.

Working closely with a field-based Area Sales Manager, you will support a dedicated region across the UK or Ireland, contributing to team success and helping to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support business growth Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across your assigned territory Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to deliver against regional sales plans and targets Promote and increase awareness of K Rend and K Lime products within the market Arrange CPD presentations with architects to support specification and brand engagement Support and develop a network of recommended installers, providing both technical and commercial assistance Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new customers and stockists Accurately manage and update customer data using CRM systems and internal tools Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service Consistently meet and exceed KPI targets within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety, environmental standards, and quality procedures

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) At least 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer-facing role Proven experience of outbound calling and lead generation to achieve KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desirable: Experience in the construction or building materials industry Previous telesales experience Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management
In Role, You Will Demonstrate: A proactive approach to generating new business opportunities Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Confidence in managing customer relationships and supporting sales activity across a region Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines
