Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive

Role: Internal Sales Executive Contract: Permanent Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1EH Salary: £24,000 – with a realistic OTE of £30,000 (uncapped) in your first year Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, your main focus will be generating new business revenue and promoting additional services to existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving set sales targets
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as contracts and depots

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all opportunities to maximise conversion rates
  • Gather core information to provide the correct product recommendations
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while driving sales targets
  • Liaise with contracts, depots, and customer teams to deliver satisfaction
  • Update CRM data accurately and maintain records
  • Identify and develop prospective customers to grow accounts
  • Generate leads for cross-selling opportunities
  • Perform other office duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B telesales with a proven ability to close sales over the phone
  • Strong sales skills and a target-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets
  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation and multi-tasking
  • High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of customer care principles
