Role Overview

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will support Area Sales Managers and customers by:

  • Managing quotations and follow-ups
  • Coordinating samples and customer projects
  • Maintaining CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Providing excellent customer service

You will act as a key link between:

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • The external sales team
  • Internal departments

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Support Area Sales Managers across territories
  • Coordinate product samples and customer projects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships; handle sales enquiries
  • Provide product knowledge, pricing, and quotation support
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Produce sales reports and support sales campaigns
  • Monitor quotation activity and conversion performance
