Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will support Area Sales Managers and customers by:
- Managing quotations and follow-ups
- Coordinating samples and customer projects
- Maintaining CRM records and sales pipelines
- Providing excellent customer service

You will act as a key link between:
- Customers
- Suppliers
- The external sales team
- Internal departments
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
- Support Area Sales Managers across territories
- Coordinate product samples and customer projects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Build and strengthen customer relationships; handle sales enquiries
- Provide product knowledge, pricing, and quotation support
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Produce sales reports and support sales campaigns
- Monitor quotation activity and conversion performance
Essential Skills
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments

Desirable Skills
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or account management
- Experience preparing quotations or managing sales opportunities
- Knowledge of industrial coatings, spray equipment, or engineering supplies
- Understanding of CRM best practice and pipeline management
- Experience in outbound sales
- Self-motivated and proactive
