Job Description
The Role
As an Internal Sales Person, you will be the key connection to provide:
- Effective management of existing customer accounts
- Growth of new business to meet Branch targets through excellent sales services
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to key customers via:
- Phone
- Face-to-face interactions in branch
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction

Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively:
- Targeting new customers
- Developing profitable accounts

Act as the first point of contact for key accounts clients

Understand:
- Individual customer requirements
- Develop rapport
- Grow your client portfolio

Support the wider branch team:
- Assist on the Trade Counter
- Assist in picking and packing products from the warehouse
- Ensure timely order completion
