Job Description: Internal Sales Person (Cambridge)

Core Responsibilities

You will:

  • Act as the key connection to effective customer account management, driving business growth through:
    • Developing new business while meeting Branch targets
    • Providing an excellent sales service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key customers via:
    • Phone (ωμα)
    • Face-to-face interactions in the branch
    • Email
  • You’ll be responsible for:
    • Managing a live portfolio of current customers
    • Proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts
    • Being the first point of contact for key account clients
    • Understanding individual client requirements
    • Building strong rapport
    • Expanding your client portfolio
  • Support may be required from:
    • Serving on the Trade Counter
    • Picking and packing warehouse products
    • Ensuring timely order fulfilment for customers
