Internal Sales Executive
Internal Sales Executive
Contract: Permanent Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1EH Salary: £24,000 (with realistic uncapped OTE of £30,000 in first year) Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll focus on increasing new business revenue and expanding existing customer services. This role requires driving sales targets, negotiating contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing CRM effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on all opportunities to maximise conversion rates
- Gather core customer information to offer the right products
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals
- Achieve set revenue targets
- Liaise with the contracts department and depots to maintain client relationships
- Accurately manage and update CRM systems
- Develop new customer prospects by identifying site opportunities
- Generate cross-selling leads
- Perform additional office duties as needed

About You
You’ll be a customer-focused sales professional with:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales, includingHowever, with a track record of successful deal closure
- Strong selling skills and a target-driven mindset
- Ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
- High commitment with the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of customer service principles
